How long is the waiting time?

It depends on the appointment schedule for the day, but we strive to minimize your wait time as much as possible. If you are in a hurry, please inform us when making your reservation.

How can I cancel or change my appointment?

For cancellations of appointments made online (WEB booking), please do so at least one day in advance. For all other cancellations or changes, please contact us by phone.

In case of sudden pain, can I be seen today?

We will accommodate you as much as possible. However, patients with scheduled appointments have priority, so there may be a significant wait time. We appreciate your understanding. Also, if you call us before coming to discuss your arrival time, we may be able to suggest a time with a relatively shorter wait. We would appreciate it if you could contact us before visiting.

Do you offer appointments on weekends or evenings?

We are open on Saturdays until 17:00 (last appointment accepted at 16:30). We are closed on Sundays, public holidays, and on weekday evenings after 18:30 (last appointment accepted at 18:00).

Can I be seen without an appointment?

We prioritize patients with appointments, but if you are experiencing sudden pain or other urgent issues, please call us first to consult. We will accommodate you as much as possible.

What are your clinic hours and closed days?

Clinic hours are weekdays from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The last appointment is accepted at 18:00 (6:00 PM) on weekdays and 16:30 (4:30 PM) on Saturdays. We are closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.

Is wisdom tooth extraction always necessary?

Wisdom tooth extraction is not always necessary. However, we may recommend extraction if there is pain, or if it impacts cavities or teeth alignment. We recommend scheduling a consultation first.
