1. First Visit Reservation: For Smooth Consultation

Our clinic adopts a reservation system to ensure that patients are seen promptly. For first-time patients, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance by phone or through the reservation form on our website.

Online Reservation

Reservations can be made 24 hours a day through the reservation form on our website. Please select your preferred date and time from the calendar and enter the required information. A confirmation email will be automatically sent after your reservation is complete.

Notes on Making a Reservation

  • Communication of Symptoms: Please briefly describe your current symptoms and the affected area (e.g., toothache, filling fell out, bleeding gums). Providing this information in advance will help us prepare for a more appropriate consultation.
  • Confirmation of Health Insurance: If you wish to use health insurance, please inform us when making your reservation and bring your My Number Card or health insurance card.
  • Preparation of Preferred Dates and Times: Due to congestion, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date and time. When making a reservation, please consider a second or third preferred date and time.
  • Confirmation of Access: For first-time patients, it is recommended to confirm our clinic’s location and access method in advance. Please refer to the “Access” page on our website. Our clinic is conveniently located from the Toei Mita Line “Mita” Station, Toei Oedo Line/Asakusa Line “Daimon” Station, JR “Hamamatsucho” Station, “Tamachi” Station, and Toei Asakusa Line “Shibakoen” Station.

2. Visit and Reception: Information for the Day of Your Visit

Please come to our clinic on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early, as there are items to fill out on the questionnaire.

  • My Number Card, Health Insurance Card(Required): If you wish to use health insurance, please bring your health insurance card.
  • Medical Certificate (If Applicable): If you have a medical certificate, please present it at the reception desk.

Upon arrival, please tell the reception desk your name. Please present your health insurance card. You will then be given a questionnaire to fill out in the waiting room.

The questionnaire asks for important information such as your current symptoms, past medical history, allergies, and current medications. Please provide detailed information as accurate information is essential for appropriate treatment.

After submitting the questionnaire, please wait in the waiting room until your name is called. Please relax while you wait.

  • Punctuality: Our clinic operates by appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to secure sufficient consultation time. Please arrive with plenty of time.
  • We aim to minimize impact on other scheduled patients and provide the highest quality treatment within the limited time available. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the scheduled consultation. Please contact us if you will be late.

4. Examination: Precise Understanding of Oral Cavity Condition

  • X-ray Imaging: We will take X-ray images to check the condition of your teeth and jawbone in detail. This is an important examination to determine the progression of cavities and the extent of periodontal disease.
  • Periodontal Pocket Examination: We will measure the depth of the grooves between your teeth and gums (periodontal pockets) to check the progression of periodontal disease. We will measure using a special instrument, but there is almost no pain.

  • Costs at Our Clinic: Costs vary by dental clinic. At our clinic, we will provide an estimated cost in advance as much as possible, so please rest assured.
  • Medical Expense Deduction: If your medical expenses exceed a certain amount in a year, you may be eligible for a medical expense deduction. Please keep your receipts carefully.
