SACHI Dental Clinic agrees with the concept of “Consumer-Oriented Management” promoted by the Consumer Affairs Agency. We aim to contribute to the local community through lifelong dental health by sincerely listening to the voice of each patient (consumer). We hereby make the following consumer-oriented voluntary declaration.
(1) Philosophy
We consider the trust relationship with our patients as our top priority and our mission is to provide high-quality dental care services. Through careful communication with patients, we strive to accurately understand their needs and provide sufficient information about treatment options and preventive measures, enabling patients to make informed decisions about their treatment. While pursuing patient satisfaction, we aim to contribute to the realization of a healthy and enriched life (social value) by protecting and nurturing the oral health of local residents.
(2) Action Policy
a) Listening to and utilizing everyone’s voice
- We emphasize counseling with patients, carefully listening to their concerns and wishes before jointly considering the optimal treatment plan. We will also provide clear explanations about the treatment content, duration, and costs, and provide medical care based on sufficient understanding and consent (informed consent).
- We will continuously collect opinions and requests from patients through questionnaires in the waiting room and inquiry forms on our website, and use them to improve our medical services and clinic environment.
- We will actively disseminate correct information about dental health and our clinic’s initiatives through our website and social media, promoting two-way communication with patients.
- Through participation in local health events, we will interact with local residents and contribute to promoting understanding of dental care and raising awareness of oral hygiene.
b) Working for the future and next generation
- Wishing for the healthy growth of children, we focus on pediatric dentistry centered on cavity prevention, and actively provide tooth brushing instruction and nutritional information for parents and children. We support the establishment of oral care habits from an early age, contributing to the health promotion of the next generation.
- We continuously strive to acquire the latest dental medical technologies and knowledge, aiming to provide safer, higher-quality treatments with less burden on patients.
- We contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by promoting paperless operations and energy-saving activities in our clinic, considering environmental impact.
c) Compliance with laws and strengthening corporate governance
- We comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Medical Care Act and the Personal Information Protection Act, and establish and thoroughly communicate internal regulations.
- We prioritize the protection of patient privacy and ensure a safe and secure treatment environment, thoroughly implementing hygiene management and medical safety measures.
- We conduct regular training to ensure that all staff members approach their work with high ethical standards and compliance awareness.
- We strive to create a transparent workplace environment where staff can work vibrantly and with a sense of purpose, aiming to provide high-quality team medical care.
(3) Follow-up
We will regularly (in principle, within one year) evaluate and review the status of initiatives based on this declaration, and publish the results on our clinic’s website and other platforms.
