At our clinic, we operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure that we secure sufficient treatment time and equipment for each individual patient.
\nHowever, we have observed instances where cancellations or changes made close to the appointment date make it difficult for us to offer slots to other patients or result in the disposal of prepared equipment.
\nAs we serve a large number of patients, we have decided to revise our cancellation policy to ensure that we can provide adequate time for as many people as possible.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Changes and Cancellations
\nAt our clinic, we secure and prepare the necessary equipment for each patient’s treatment and conduct case conferences by the day before your appointment.
\nTherefore, we request that any changes or cancellations be made at least three days in advance, except in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as bereavement or natural disasters.
\n(Please note that changes due to work commitments will also be treated as short-notice cancellations.)<\/p>\n
Any changes or cancellations made after that (two days before the appointment date or later) will be treated as a short-notice cancellation for that specific time slot.
\nWe appreciate your understanding as this is necessary to maintain a high level of clinical care and manage preparations.<\/p>\n
Please be advised that if short-notice cancellations (including changes) occur twice in a row, we will be unable to provide a reserved appointment slot for your next visit.
\nIn such cases, treatment will be provided on a walk-in basis, and you may need to wait.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Lateness
\nRegarding lateness, if you are more than five minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment as the planned procedure may not be completed within the remaining time.
\nPlease contact us as soon as you know you will be late.
\nRescheduling in these instances will also be treated as a short-notice cancellation.<\/p>\n
