\nPeriodontal disease is an ‘infection caused by bacteria’<\/strong> that causes inflammation of the gums and bone. There are many bacteria in the mouth, but are you familiar with the three groups of bacteria called ‘Red Complex’<\/strong> that require special attention? <\/p>\n

What is the Red Complex?<\/h2>\n

It is a general term for ‘three representative types of bacteria’ that are considered to have a particularly strong ability to advance periodontal disease among the many periodontal bacteria.<\/p>\n

  2. T. forsythia (Tannerella forsythia)<\/li>\n
